RULES AND REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT – Over the years, AMI has developed a system of letters that has proven to be very effective in enforcement of Association’s rules and regulations. This also reduces or eliminates the need for neighbors to confront neighbors about the rules.
AMI complies with all the required Colorado State regulations and Board approved policies to provide fair and consistent enforcement. A trained covenant enforcement specialist will review the community for covenant violations per the guidelines established in the Governing Documents and as directed by the Board.
